Well, there's a decision-making process before any vote, and a 2/3rds
majority is required to do anything in name of the party. For PP-CAT
representatives, we round the result of our internal vote between our
representatives. I.e.:

10 representatives (MEP, whatever), vote about closing nuclear power
plants: 71% yes, 24% no, 6% none -> 7 representatives vote yes, 2 no,
and 1 abstains.

So, we don't do random politics, we're asking for a direct participative
state, like Switzerland but updated to 21st century, with e-democracy.

We know this way of doing will be very difficult to be merged with
"block politics" and alliances, however, we already succeeded in doing
so in two municipalities, as one of the cases was a local citizsen's
assembly-ruled party and the other one gave us a seat in the city
council, in the government team, and we're working in transparency and
culture as primary targets, whilst leaving direct democracy in a more
conservative and slow way.

In fact, this way of doing politics has made us win really interesting
allies in these assembly-ruled parties. We'll be working together with
such organizations in 4 cities, and we expect it to grow up to 40 in the
next 2 years. These people have from 4 to 20% of vote in a region of 1M
citizens. In 5 years, half of them will be voting us for everything
outside their city, and we'll be running together with his current
option by that date in most cases.

We have the tools that these local assemblies lack to extend their model
to a bigger territory.
